Holy crap, has anyone seen the new issue of Mynameis magazine!? – It's so good...
They had MARS-1 in the first issue, now they've got Jeff Soto.
These guys are on it.

yeah - wicked mix of graphic and fine art - not too highbrow so that it alienates the street artist, that sounds lame i know but it is all in all a good book....

one problem though it doesn't fit on my bookcase!

I just got my first copy in the popst today, really impressed with the wide range of arts covered. I used to subscribe to Graphotism but found it a little too street art orientated for my personal taste ..... nothing wrong with that, I hasten to add, I just like to have a bit of variety and something that leans a little towards my own artistic endeavours (web, album artwork design and pen/paper). MNI seems a perfect 'companion' to Graphotism for those not purely into cans/graffiti/street art/whatever label one cares to give it.

Rather annoyingly, Issue 3 didn't turn up and after waiting patiently for about three weeks I phoned to chase up my subscription delivery, only to be told that Issue 3 is sold out. Since there were very few alternatives, I reluctantly opted for Issue 1 as a replacement.

Sadly, this happened with my Graphotism subscription some time ago too. Needless to say, I have cancelled my Mynameis? subscription.
