How long will it take for my order/package to get to me?
Nearly all of our packages are shipped within 24 hours of the receipt of the order (usually much sooner), the last shipment leaves our warehouse each day at 4pm UK time. Please allow a maximum of 3 days for your order to reach you. If your delivery will take any longer (this very rarely happens) you will be called and notified. All of our packages are delivered by a courier who will ask for your signature on delivery – the driver may also ask to see the credit card that you used to pay for your order along with another form of identification (this is for security reasons). If the premises are empty when our courier tries to deliver your package they will leave a calling card. You can then call the depot and arrange for a new delivery time.
What about Graphotism subscriptions?
As a Subscriber and Premium Member we want you to receive the most up to date issue of our printed publication. As Graphotism magazine is published quarterly (every 3 months) you must allow approximately 3 months for the publication to reach you but depending on when you took out your subscription you may receive your first issue much earlier.
When you subscribe to Graphotism magazine you will automatically become a Premium Member of the Graphotism web site. You will then have access to ALL areas of the Graphotism site including exclusive promotions only available to Premium Members.
International orders are shipped using International Registered Air Mail.
What payment methods do you accept?
The easiest and fastest way to pay is by credit card. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
Do you accept international orders?
At the moment we only accept international orders for subscriptions and Graphotism books.
Please remember that international orders maybe subject to being charged customs fees by the destination country's government. We have no control over how much you are charged for customs and the fees are completely independent of Graphotism. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any additional charges the destination country imposes on you.
How much does shipping cost?
It depends on the products you are ordering and their combined weight. Our cheapest rate is £3.76 per order but no matter the size of your order you will Never pay more than a top rate of £13.25 per order.
Do you have a printed catalogue you can send me?
No, unfortunately we don't. With all the frequent updates we have and our policy of only taking orders for goods that are in stock, it would be impossible to maintain an effective printed catalogue. In any case, we are sure you will find that the online store provides for a more interactive and efficient shopping experience than ever possible with a paper catalogue.

Are there other ways to order besides ordering online?
Yes, for those of you that are still uncomfortable ordering online, we do accept orders via telephone. Please be aware that products ordered over the phone are more expensive due to the extra work involved.

Can I return something I ordered?
Yes you can. We want you to be completely satisfied with your products, so if it doesn't fit, doesn't look good or just isn't what you expected, just send it back and we will do an exchange. However, please remember that we cannot accept returns on any items that have been used, washed or are not in the same condition as they were when you received them.
Due to copyright reasons we cannot accept returns for any video or DVD products.
If you do intend to return an item, you must let us know within 24 hours of receiving the goods. We will then give you a returns number, which you must quote when returning your package. Also, all return items must be sent back to us within a week of your receipt of the goods.
All return shipping is to be paid for by the customer. Unfortunately we cannot make any exceptions.
Please understand that in no case can we take back goods that were purchased more than 4 weeks earlier.
I never received my order, what should I do?
In rare cases, packages can get lost in the mail. Never fear, if your package is lost, we will replace it for you at no charge. However, if the tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered to you, we cannot be held responsible for a package that is claimed to have never been received.
How can I get my own products featured on your site?
To submit your product for consideration on our site, please mail us at sales@graphotism.com. Even though we will review every email we receive, please understand that we receive many such requests and there is no way that we can carry all the products that are submitted to us.
